Comprehensiveness In Vocational Training Courses
In most of the countries of Latin America are still talking about the utopia of health as a universal human right and as part of it points to the need for political will, for universities to encourage thinking generalist physician, to provide medical education that does not respond to the market but in the service of life and take social commitment as a basis for the development of the human being, with a stronger sense of solidarity as health professionals of a system whose regulations are not based on contractual economic relations.
In Cuba the above mentioned is not a utopia, it is a reality, as its Medical University has the unquestionable mission to form integral professionals capable of ensuring the historical continuity of a health system whose services are not commodities and those who receive it are not clients perceived their entirety as "the formation of a professional, from their perspective and their own professional profile, possess a cultural projection able to generate with their abilities, skills, abilities and values, activities of success for their country and inserted efficiently the international environment. During development of the individual and the formation of his personality is influenced by many factors contributing to the formation of values that are manifested in their modes of action and have their maximum expression in his own world, which culminates and manifests Nesting and guidance in reaching these values, the meaning of life.
The life and conduct of men is subject to rules or rules of social conduct. Each individual in the environment in which it develops manifests as an individually different person, but maintains relationships with others and with society as a whole expresses an ideology and carries great human wealth that has been passed down from generation to generation as a result of their education. 3
Comprehensiveness analyzed thus assumes a meaning for humanity as a whole, and in the case of Cuban society is:

- Marked vocation for Medical Sciences.
- Proven human qualities, political, moral, academic and intellectual.
- Commitment to compliance with the Special Detachment Regulation of Medical Sciences "Carlos J. Finlay" before, during training and after graduation and perform their duties as professional: doctor, dentist and graduates in Nursing, where required by the SNS.

"Health is a human right" is such a joke. Your rights end where other peoples' rights begin - if giving you "health" means you have to steal from other people to get it, it's not your right. And don't be mistaken - to give someone something that normally costs money for free, you have to steal from someone somewhere to pay for it.
