The Cuban Medical University faces the challenge today on solid bases, by political will and decision estadoy the National Health System (NHS) whose institutions are responsible for achieving health equity and prioritize resources in effective interventions that favor the promotion actions health and prevention. 2 For these reasons have well defined social scientific-technical commission that is expressed in the training of health professionals, doctors, dentists, registered nurses and technologists that requires society with a solid preparation and trained for their constant updates on advances in medical science and related sciences with high ethical, political and moral values, committed to meet the demands and needs of the sector, mainly through the program of Primary Health Care, which can result in the formation of a professional with a solid belief system and high guiding personality trend toward his profession.
